This documents PageTriage's client-side hooks:

'ext.pageTriage.toolbar.ready': When the toolbar is loaded and ready.
* queue: A reference to the promise-based ActionQueue, allowing gadgets and
external code to enqueue an function based on an action done, and before the
page refreshes.
